I'm forever grateful that we met Tom @ "Santucci's" in the 1970's. Gene never forgot him or his friendship and humour. We would sometimes daydream that we'ld stayed around Chicago and continued our friendship with Tom and the Santucci family. Perhaps it's karma that Gene and Tom passed away just 6 months apart. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends on a sad day. (Ann, Somerset, England)
